I'm just glad that we finally found a doctor that is interestig on my son. One that ask directly to him and interact with him, gets involved in what my son is saying, this before asking to us (mom and dad). I really like that he sShow moreees him as one totally human being and the one who needs his attention. Now speaking about MY experience with the doctor, I'm also relieved because he also hears me as a person, a mother wanting to help her son and not just "a mother freaking out". Very good place.
I have a 12 autistic daughter who before going to Dr. Jerome was having issues in school with her behavior. I wasn't sure if it was necessary for her to be on medication and later we found out that it was necessary and since she hShow moreas been with Dr Jerome. She has done a lot better and she really likes Dr. Jerome because he genuinely cares for the well being of his patients. My sister referred me to Dr. Jerome and I'm very glad that I took that referral brought my daughter to Dr Jerome's office.

We love the Doctor. He speak to my grandson and not over him. That is important to us.
I am so glad that I can arrange to hold most appointments online. I'm agoraphobic, so online appointments are much less stressful for me. Dr. N. is the greatest! He's always so warm, empathetic, and as cheerful as is appropriate given the topic we are discussing at the time.
I always feel heard and a part of the process.

I have video visit with Dr Nwokiki every 3 months. He always asks how I’ve been and asks how I’m doing mentally. Then he sends in my prescriptions.
I have been a mental health patient suffering from bipolar and anxiety since 1980. Dr. N. prescribed a med for me that I wish I had been taking all of my life. It has made such a difference in my quality of life that it can't be described. I've seen at least 10 practitioners over the years, but only Dr. N. realized how much this med would help me. He is truly a God send.

He is helpful and cares
It is nice to be listened to and given feedback. I have attended counseling for years now and all the therapists and psychologists have made me feel valid as well as listened to. I thank and appreciate Dr. Nwokike and his staff for being nice as well as professional!
The appointment was for 4:30 pm but I didn't get called until 5:15 pm. I had even showed up early at 4:15 pm so I wouldn't be the cause of any delays. I work on an appointment basis in my job and anything over a 15 minute delay is considered unacceptable. Once I got to see the doctor the visit went well.
