I fell on my back. When the pain did not decrease after a few days, I called and asked where I could get x-rays (besides the emergency room). The x-rays showed a fracture, I was in a lot off pain, and I needed a referral to an oShow morerthopedist. My Doctor was not in, so I spoke with Jessica and told her I needed an appt. SOON - not in July - the normal wait time for a specialist. She was able to get me an appointment the next day. I REALLY appreciate Jessica's compassion and speedy response.
Initially we were covid tested - a nurse came right to the car to perform Covid test and when they were complete and we were found negative, Jessica came to the car and examined us, prescribing meds, which she then e-mailed to ourShow more pharmacy. She is efficient, kind and professional. Further, think that the office has determined to see patients in an extremely cautious manner with a smile. Their care is so appreciated!
