Karen is a commendable nurse practitioner. She respects me as a patient highly even if I make mistakes and she always tries her best to assist me when my mental health unexpectedly twists. However I must drive her crazy and as a joke I am surprised that she hasn’t tried killing me yet. Thanks Karen and team. I am upset that I might lose her as a doctor due to switching insurances soon.
Karen Fields is one of the best psychiatrist in the greater Chicago land area. She is companionate, kind, and, and a good listener. She treats patients as persons, listen to their issues, and above all treat them with respect. SheShow more pays attention to the patient's issues, feelings, and prior history and she prescribed the right medications and the right dose and if needed she adjust the dose so the patient feel better and work to his/her full potential. Karen Fields is the best in mental health.

Ms. Fields is very nice. She takes the time to listen to what you’re saying or how you’re feeling. She gives you her expert opinion as to what should be done.

So much to say but Karen is #1 in my book.
If I could rate 100 times your rating scale they would have it! Easy to talk too, giving you a sense that they are really listening.! Their services allows me to self reflection and empower my thinking to a much higher positive mental health status!
Sometimes she's running late for online appointments, but apart from that I really can't say enough good things about NP Fields. I've been seeing her for several years and I love that she never talks down to me, but addresses me as an active participant in my own care.

After having an experience with a different therapist, this experience shows me how important it is to have a therapist that is invested and that you have a connection with. Intake was very thorough and it allowed our sessions to be productive from the beginning. Also having actionable take aways have really helped. I highly recommend.

Karen is the best in the field. She is a great listener, and gives great suggestions how to better myself. She is spot with her medication suggestions as well.
I have been with Nurse Practitioner Fields since she was with her previous practice, and followed her over. She is always patient and supportive, and offers concrete suggestions to help me deal with personal issues as well as my ongoing medication management. We had some technical issues with Tebra when she first started using the portal, but those have been ironed out for some time, and she is very responsive to messages sent through the portal.
The last visit was outstanding. We went WAY beyond the simple updating of prescriptions and she helped me deal with some particularly difficult problems.

Dr. Fields has been consistent in her practice. I’m given lots of tools to cope with my medical conditions.
