There was a kid that was maybe 4 years old and throwing up more then once I went to the receptionist and told this kid needs to be seen right now and one of the front desk receptionist said I can’t deal with this and walked away aShow morend another girl was giving me attitude and saying well we don’t have rooms available and turned her back on me and talking back at me they are so rude IF I COULD GIVE 0 star I would It took them 2 hours to take me in and all I wanted to was a Covid test and a flu test
The Dr. was super nice and thorough! I poked myself in the eye with a metal instrument. She examined it as best she could, dyed the eye and checked with a UV light to see if there was a scratch and then prescribed an antibiotic oiShow morentment. I was in and out and she was great. I wish the medical assistant or “nurse” was warmer and overall more engaged in the questions she asked me. Regardless, good experience and the doctor was awesome.

Quick and efficient
Doctor was great took her time to ask me questions felt she really was interested in helping me feel better like her light
Dr. Walvekar was helpful and she made sure that everything was done for my visit. I was even told that if there was any other problems or concerns that showed up in my x-rays or blood test; that I would be contacted immediately. I was satisfied with my visit.
Was treated with kindness and respect. Very efficient everything was explained as needed. Have been here before and definitely will be back for any issues I may have.
The receptionist was a tiny bit short at first but she’d never met me before so I chalked it up to business cordial. The dr was pleasant too. I was in and out in an hour and I’m down the street at 19 and by the time I’d reached the medication was ready ??
Listened to my concerns and confidently assessed my injury.
My daughter and I visited this location. I received medication and the next day I was feeling so much better. Dr. Sharisma gave us the medical help we needed.

I’m always pleased with Sterling Heights Urgent Care, I’ve been going there for years. Check in is easy, wait times vary depending on the day of the week or holidays. My average wait time is 20 min in the lobby, 10 min in the room. The care team is friendly and the doctors listen to your needs.

Doctor Walvekar was really good. Came in with pneumonia symptoms. Got a nebulizer breathing treatment, steroid injection, and scripts for upper respiratory treatment. Feeling better just 2 hours later.
