I have been there twice already more because it’s convenient. Staff could be friendlier. I only had one employee greet me with a smile. Also when checking in they asked me to sign in then take a seat. When calling me back to the fShow moreront desk to confirm my personal info receptionist yelled across the office my street name and last 4 of my phone number. I work at a doctors office myself and we wait till pt is at the front desk so we can confirm info and not let other pts hear any personal info. I appreciated that they took me in and out in a timely manner but I feel there is always room for improvement
Office was very clean and the service was as fast as could be expected in an urgent care. I was in town visiting my family when I found myself needing to see a doctor. My dad goes to this urgent care facility and had nothing but pShow moreositive things to say. Staff was friendly and attentive. Erik Duque, PA was thorough in asking questions about where my pain was located and the level of pain. He originally prescribed me one medication that I had tried before and my body did not do well with it. When I expressed that he was understanding and prescribed me something different. Overall great care.

My visit was pleasant and professional. I didn't have to wait too long I was in and out.
This was my first time here and it was a joy. The staff is welcoming and polite. They chat with you a bit beyond just getting a diagnosis and pushing you out the door. It's great to see a medical office that still treats you like a person.

Apple is a good place, staff was nice and very friendly.
Kartika was amazing. She diagnosed my daughter quickly and prescribed her the proper medication. I had to visit here yesterday for myself and I had a sinus infection in which they also diagnosed very quickly and got me on my way with the prescription.
