Amazing experience. 1) had everything in writing so I could have it for future reference. 2) showed me what they were seeing during the evaluation 3) handled my nervousness with kindness and understanding 4) allowed and tolerated Show moremy 4 year old who had to come along to the appointment. 5) gave me her phone number to text if I had any questions- great to put my mind at ease. 6) brilliant idea to video tape the stretches to have at home. Over all a great experience.
MomSense was a breath of fresh air from start to finish. Nurse Katie was 100% supportive of both parents & baby, and every other member of staff I encountered treated us respectfully and kindly. The rooms themselves had a very reShow morestful ambience, so different from a typical healthcare setting. The tongue tie removal procedure was done really quickly and I was very well informed on what would be happening and how to do the aftercare exercises. I loved the freedom to text the nurse later!

Katie was super kind and helpful to me when I came in with mastitis /clogged ducts and has made herself available to answer my questions and get me on the right track. Everyone at Momsense has been helpful, so glad they are near me.
Katie was kind and relatable. She helped me navigate some remaining breastfeeding hurdles when my daughter was slow to gain weight even after the lip and tongue tie were corrected. She was encouraging and easy to talk to. MomSense is a true gem with professional service.

I've never felt more heard or informed about something to do with my children than I did today. My mama heart is happy and can't wait to make more appointments with them in the future if needed.

Absolutely amazing! I have everything good to say about my visit today. Katie was very thorough explaining my daughter’s conditions, answered all of my questions, and was very personal/comforting throughout the exam. I left the office feeling like I was heard, and my daughter is finally getting the care she deserves.
