We were a little early and we were taken in right away. We were placed in an evaluation room and Kelly came in within a few minutes. We spoke about the issues and discussed how we would proceed. I’m pleased that I have a say in hoShow morew I am going to deal with myself. As we left the young lady receptionist had us out the door in minutes. Later we received texts and emails from the pharmacy saying our prescription was ready. That proves that the folks at the office followed through with their work.
We are extremely pleased with PCFP. Kelly Wise is prepared and listens to our questions, never do we feel like she is rushing to meet her next patients. My husband and I made a great choice choosing this facility, we are gratefulShow more to all the nurses and staff with the ease of making an appointment. They are on point when we call to have medication refilled we don't have to wait days for our medications. Need to speak to a nurse no problem they call you back the next day if they can't answer......
