Hardly ever a wait time. Not many other patients that you cross paths in/out of appointments. This makes it an incredibly relaxing environment especially if you’re worried about the public or personal stigma of mental health. Kimberly Anderson is incredibly compassionate, truly fighting to help me get better, from battling the insurance companies to coming in on weekends to provide additional treatment. She has truly been a blessing in my difficult mental health battle.
My initial visit with Kimberly Anderson couldn’t have been any easier! I had a family emergency come up and she was flexible and able to keep my appt by offering me a telehealth option! She was kind, professional, and very intelligent. My follow up went just as smooth.

Kimberly has always taken the time needed to listen to my concerns, as well as those of my daughters, and makes changes as needed based on our input. We have never felt like she rushes us through the visit or is just checking off a list.
For the first time, I was able to have a psychiatrist walk me through the science behind mental illnesses and why certain medications or alternative practices work better for some people. Felt extremely safe telling my story and feel very hopeful for the future and the plan Kimberly has for me.
She is easy to talk to. I credit her for getting me on the right path. I have the upmost confidence in her.
Dr. Kimberly truly cares, but is very much a "big picture" gal. She, of course, has recommended an actual therapist for me to work through things with and anything else to be discussed. But again, she is high-level details but does her best to prescribe what is needed, on the conservative side,.
