I have been there twice already more because it’s convenient. Staff could be friendlier. I only had one employee greet me with a smile. Also when checking in they asked me to sign in then take a seat. When calling me back to the fShow moreront desk to confirm my personal info receptionist yelled across the office my street name and last 4 of my phone number. I work at a doctors office myself and we wait till pt is at the front desk so we can confirm info and not let other pts hear any personal info. I appreciated that they took me in and out in a timely manner but I feel there is always room for improvement
Office was very clean and the service was as fast as could be expected in an urgent care. I was in town visiting my family when I found myself needing to see a doctor. My dad goes to this urgent care facility and had nothing but pShow moreositive things to say. Staff was friendly and attentive. Erik Duque, PA was thorough in asking questions about where my pain was located and the level of pain. He originally prescribed me one medication that I had tried before and my body did not do well with it. When I expressed that he was understanding and prescribed me something different. Overall great care.

Always such a great experience. Don't ever think that people don't care. At this office the doctors are always so amazing. I don't go to my primary doctor much anymore. If I want to be served fast and efficiently I choose Apple Urgent Care.

Krysten is by far one of the most amazing doctor’s I’ve ever been fortunate enough to be cared for by, she truly loves her job and is passionate about it and it shows. It made my day having a provider that you can tell is truly just concerned for all of her patients’ health.

I feel great coming to Apple Urgent Care, the ladies at the front desk were polite, I didn't have to wait long to be called to the back, my vitals were taken by a very pleasant lady, and the physician was as concerned about my symptoms as I was took time to really listen to me and did a thorough check of everything provided the right prescription and I'm doing great today! Thank you everyone at Apple Urgent Care Perris location.

It was a pleasant experience
This office is always very efficiently run. Dr. Spencer is knowledgeable and attentive. I never feel dismissed like some other places. She listens and is very thorough. Excellent ten out of ten would recommend.
