I took my son in for a high school sports physical and from the booking online to the appointment, everything went perfect. The wait time wasn't bad either. I came straight from picking up my sons from school, so they also alloweShow mored my 9- year old in the office, (which I was worried about what would I do with him, if they were like other urgent cares, that says patient and 1 parent only.)The entire staff were friendly and personable. Thanks for a seamless experience (appointment to out the door.)
The staff from the time I entered are very friendly professional. the triage girl, sorry I forgot you name. was pleasant and helpful. The Nurse who took my vitals and Hx was friendly. The Ms. Latoya Lane-Milo NP . Pleasant direct.Show more She listen to my problem did her assessment and gave a final Dx. The Office is very clean and at the time I arrive the wait time was not long once all the Demographics were process and check. I highly recommend this place.

If you're looking for a friendly, well experienced environment go to Gold Star. Mrs. Milo knows her stuff and she is capable in a lot of medical areas.... That's my Urgent Care for sure....

Great visit & very nice staff! Would definitely recommend & return when needed. Wait time was a little longer due to waiting on test results, but that was expected with my son's symptoms. Love the convenience of the location!

This was our first visit and the staff were compassionate and friendly. The front desk clerk was very conscientious of sanitizing items individuals touch and keeping the waiting area clean. There were several people ahead of us when we arrived but our wait was no more than 45 minutes to be seen (which was great!) We will use Goldstar Urgent care in the future and I highly recommend them.

I took my son here and he is always nervous when visiting a Dr. office. Mrs. Lane-Milo took the time to speak on his level and mad him feel welcomed. I loved that she took time to explain things to me and I didn’t feel rushed like I normally do. She shows that this is not just a job she cares about her patients. The entire staff was amazing. My son is actually excited about his follow up appointment. Highly recommend.
