I was very nervous and anxious to even call to set up an appointment and from the first interaction on the phone I was met with such good customer service. The schedule was warm, personable, and efficient. The paperwork was sent pShow moreromptly to my email and was so easy to fill out. The office was very clean and warm. The staff was just as personable and warm in person as on the phone. Latoya was very efficient, very knowledgeable, and very kind. I feel very blessed to have been able to receive care.

Latoya is a pleasure to work with. She speaks calm such that you can relax and communicate freely. She shows her concern so you can answer all her questions. She’s available to help her patient. For myself it was quite easy to feel like she knew me and I her, for a long time. After an awkward beginning I eased into a regular conversation. She cares about her clients. You can feel it.
