I was excited to get an appointment when I needed it, but it was disappointing. I arrived early to sign in and was asked for the 3x time to complete some paperwork(after receiving two texts and online forms that I completed). BuShow moret the major issue was that I sat in a room waiting for someone to come for my consultation for almost an hour. I hate that I had a bad experience. The PA apologized for not coming in sooner, but she didn't know I was ready. SMH. Does anyone look at the daily schedule?
I am so grateful I found the Gentle Giant and his staff. It is amazing to talk to medical people who understand that vitamin and mineral deficiencies can truly decrease physical and mental functioning. Katie did my iron + vitaminsShow more IV and she was both warm and knowledgeable. Will be adding regular treatments to my budget instead of waiting months for an appointment with the hematologist who may or may not even be versed in chronic iron deficiency without anemia. Worth the out of pocket cost!

Gentle Giant, indeed! Lequawn is the best. He takes the time to answer any questions, always replies in a timely manner with correspondence in a timely manner and genuinely cares about his patients well being! If only all healthcare was like his practice! It’s also remarkably easy to get quick answers and scheduling from his staff. Very well run office, highly recommend!

Favorite team ! Best customer service, most up to date technology, and most importantly results. I have recieved Xeomin my favorite toxin , Radiesse my favorite filler in my booty , the newest Endolift procedure for lifting and shrinking fat in my jawline, NAD fluids for detox and mental clarity and of course semaglutide/HRT and supplements. Needless to say there is nothing I wouldn’t trust the gentle giant to do !
