First I want to reaffirm the absolute positive impact that Dr Brandon and Tight Lines as a whole has had and continues to have not only on my recovery but also on my life as a whole. No matter what is going on in my life or how I Show moream feeling at the time by the time I leave I am filled with such feeling of gratitude and humility and Dr Brandon always instills in me the confidence that I am doing the right things and that he is genuinely concerned for me and proud of me. Dr. Ludlum has one of the nicest caring ?? that a lot of the doctor's these days have forgot about. He doesn't come into the room with a laptop on and just starts typing and without looking at you as if you are a addict or a alcohShow moreolic, he and his staff just look at you as regular patient who is sick and they will do anything they can to help. A lot of doctor's today have forgotten about there beside manner but Dr Ludlum has not. I wish they could teach others doctor's offices the same thing.

I have struggled with doctors herding too many people in and not giving real MAT Care. I called tight lines at a very vulnerable time in my recovery. RELAPSE was so close. My first appointment went great! And I knew I had finally found the place I thought didn't exist! Everybody knows me by name when I walk into the office. I have been with Brandon over 2 years now. And I just celebrated 5 years clean. Thank you Brandon and tight lines family!
Caring, compassionate, and professional doctor and staff there at Tight Lines medicine. They are always there for their patients and there is never a long wait time to be seen for your appointment! All around 5 star, and id give more stars if they offer more!

Overall experience has been greatbthr past 2 years. I can say with all honesty that I've never had any bad experiences with Doc Ludlum. He has always been able to work with me and my schedule around working. And being able to see me at the times I was available. 1-10. His office gets a solid 20

I really don't think there is any better doctors office in Wilmington NC! I was kind of freaking out because I had to bring my son with me to my appointment today but everyone in the office were all understanding and welcoming!! Thank You Tight Lines FAMILY!!!!
The staff was very professional and polite. Everyone in the office was welcoming and very knowledgeable about medication options. The doctor took his time with me and explained all my options and made me feel comfortable with my decisions regarding my treatment. This place was completely patient centered and tailored the experience to meet me where I was in my personal journey. I highly recommend Tightlines to anyone considering MAT.

Dr. Brandon is one of the best TOP doctors in Wilmington NC. The staff is very very helpful and friendly I love everybody in the office. I’ve seen a few other places before finding Brandon’s office and hands down his office isn’t in it for the money they have your best interest at heart in whatever choices they make for you. Truly glad to be apart of this mission and hope you make the choice to join it too.

As usual my visit went very well. Tight Lines Family Medicine is the place you need to go when you are sick and tired of living a drug or alcoholic life. Brandon and his team have the greatest attitude and respect for anyone who walks through those doors.
