The staff is always so friendly and professional. The office is always so clean. They are always so quick to get my in for my appointment. I never have to wait for any extended period of time like I do at any other medical office.Show more I appreciate how I always receive a phone call, text, or email in advance of my appointment to remind me that I have one coming up. The doctor always listens to what is going on with me and prescribes me what helps. If I leave a VM they call back asap. Within the day!

Absolutely wonderful doctor and also assistant. Both were genuinely interested in my well being and listened to my long list of grievances. Lifelong patient over here. Small, intimate office. Friendly office staff. Jessica and of course, Mark are compassionate, engaging, attentive and all around fantastic. To have a Provider that cares about the patients opinion and truly listens is such a great feeling.
Mark Martindale is an absolutely wonderful care provider! In fact he is so wonderful that I chose to follow him from a former medical practice office that I’d used and been a patient at for many years. His calm bedside manner puts me at ease, and he’s a phenomenal listener and communicator! He really cares about the well-being and health of his patients and takes the time to make you feel heard. In all my years of seeing practitioners he tops them all! He’s truly the best!

I just had a baby three months ago and of course brought her to the doctor with me. Mark and the team of nurses helped me have a wonderful appointment while helping me to take care of my baby. I am so grateful to them for making me feel safe and welcome and for helping my baby feel comfortable!
Very professional, pleasant and attentive. Doc Martindale listens to your concerns and discusses what would work best for you, based on your input. Then implements a plan that's agreeable, quickly and without any hassle. Be it submitting referrals or filling prescriptions, if it's beneficial to your care, he seems to make it happen. It has been an absolute pleasure working with him. I give their office highest marks and certainly recommend them to anyone needing a good primary care provider.

Dr. Mark, his nurse and receptionist are all so warm and kind. I feel like they all care about me as a person and a patient. Dr. Mark and his nurse are great listeners and always treat my concerns with kindness. Dr. Mark is very easy to talk to and spends a nice long time discussing my concerns with me and what to do for my care in the future. The office is clean, bright, and cheerful and Dr. Mark does an excellent job of getting me into other offices for referrals.
