We love Melissa Andrade she listens, and is very open to ideas. With that said, the staff problem in the office seems to be her supporting staff. She needs to find (if available, I know it’s hard to find) staff that will be qualiShow morety professionals that will be able to help and make decisions when she (Melissa) is out of the office. I do it want to change, but if I have a question or need something I really would like to have a back up, or someone in the office tho help me. I will continue going.
I love Melissa, NP. However, she is slow to respond. Here office number is a cell, but does not receive text messages. I just found this out. Melissa always has a smile on her face I always feel so much better after my visit.
Melissa is a great listener. Also very knowledgeable of the pros and con as well as side effects of medications. What made me happiest it that she also suggested alternatives treatments like exercising and healthy eating rather than just pushing drugs . I know I’m in good hands .

She is absolutely amazing in office. I’m never rushed or ignored. She looks at the root of the problem not just a fix. The out of office communications needs some work. It’s getting better but they are not always very timely with call backs or answering the phone.

They are flexible with appointments, and even provides "tele-med" services, for out of town patients such as myself. Melissa is a wonderful doctor, but the inconsistency with refilling meds & a lack of communication is making me want to find someone else. There needs to be a better staff to help with calls, refills, etc. I shouldn’t have to keep going without my meds everytime I run out. I’ve been calling since Monday, it’s almost Friday and still nothing back.

Dr Andrade is a wonderful physician. From the time I’ve met her she has made me feel completely comfortable and has payed close attention to all my issues and given me multiple options to try and see what works best for my treatment.
