Whether it is a specifically “female” medical issue or something like cracked, painful heels, she treats the whole person. New technology makes muscle strength for abs, back pain, core and pelvic floor as easy as sitting or lying down. I’m very happy with the progress on my inner strength. It is well worth doing. Family members have gone for metabolic weight loss (Best in County for a reason!) and for skin issues. I learned about the laser treatment which will resolve my painful, cracked heels. I’m in! I went to this clinic to ask about a procedure. The staff member I spoke with was very knowledgeable and courteous. She recommended that I make an appointment with Dr. Chinn to ensure the best option for me. As there had been a missed appointment, Dr. Chinn was able to see me shortly afterward. She was personable, thorough, and easy to talk to. I was overall impressed with this clinic and glad that I pursued getting help there.

In a world where patients are feeling more and more like a number, it’s been difficult to find a provider that makes me feel seen and heard. Melissa Chinn not only listened to me, but immediately went into action to address my concerns. I now have a solid plan to improve my health. I believe that she truly cares about her patients and that if you come to see her, she’ll take care of you. I’m so happy that I made the decision to come here.
My experience at this office has been nothing but top notch. Its 'patient care' on a whole different level. Dr Chinn is thorough, listens and involves me in educating me and options for treatment. She is the first doctor who I feel truly hears me-cares-and advocates for my health...not based on what an insurance company says should happen, but based on whats best for me as a unique person.

Meeting with Dr.Chinn was a pleasure. I went in to the office to speak with front desk to schedule a time to meet after my online purchase and was able to set up an appointment for the same day. Being a student and working full time, I do not always have the option of doing thing in person. Getting into any doctor is difficult. Finding a wonderful doctor is difficult. But to be cared for by Dr.Chinn has put my anxiety at ease knowing she truly is listening, deliberating and recommending comprehensive treatment that is in my best interest. I initially made my appointment to address an isolated chronic issue, but I am very pleased to have the opportunity to have her as my primary doctor as well.
I've been seeing Dr. Chinn for years and have really never felt so heard or cared for by a doctor. Today I came in for an IUD removal and replacement, which is never an easy procedure. Dr. Chinn did everything she could to make it as comfortable and painless as possible. Prescribing medication beforehand, making small talk, and distracting me, it was over before I knew it and so easy. Just a couple cramps and we were done. She is a true gem and I wouldn't want to receive care anywhere else!
