While the NP was great, and the gals at the desk were fine, I was distressed to see such a dirty and unattractive outside entrance area at the Shaw office. There was a big pile of dog poop not far from the entrance doors and near Show morethe garbage can standing to one side of the entrance was lots of trash scattered on the sidewalk. Very uninviting! I told the reception gal, but I don’t know if she made any attempt to have it cleaned up. If I was a new patient, I would wonder what I was in for.
The Dr. Who saw our son was great Dr.Palms, he gave us great advice and direction his NP was also very friendly and knowledgeable. The receptionist wasn’t friendly, she didn’t provide much direction, and she was not approachable aShow moret all. I stood at the front desk for about 1-2mins with no one in the front before being greeted with a “how can I help you” instead of a “ hello sorry to keep you waiting” type of greeting. I gets it’s the holidays no one wants to work but don’t act rude about it.

I have been to many doctors but unfortunately most of them did not listen to my complaints and attributed everything to aging(Remember I was under 40 when they started to tell me that its all becoz of old age),but my experience with Dr Micheal was very nice.He listened my symptoms keenly and ,examined me thoroughly for the complaints and prescribed appropriate tests to rule out the underlying cause.Throughout the examination he was kindI would definitely recommend him to my family and friends.

I was very satisfied with the friendly staff and the doctor's thorough time he took in evaluating the reason for my visit. He didn't rush and explained the necessary procedure I had to take to get better. He also scheduled to look at the wound in a week to make sure it's healing.
