Getting an appointment was necessary for myself I was able to call and get an appointment scheduled in less than a week. Michelle genuinely cares about my well being as well as Holly. They are both always caring when I call and veShow morery attentive to calling back. I will definately continue to see Michelle. I would definately reccomend her to anyone looking for someone who really cares. Being focused on the patient is a must for me and she does that really well. She even offers telephyc. Very helpful
This review is really overdue. I have been coming here for a few years. This office is the most wonderful doctor office I have ever been to. My daughter left her most recent appt very upset due to an insensitive remark the dr made about her weight gain. I wasn't there, so I can't speak to what actually was said, but the fact that a mental health provider would say something to impair my daughter's already fragile self-esteem concerns me.
Dr. Shelly and her associates treat you like a person and not a number. I never had a psychiatrist go out of their way, to be helpful, like they do. Very highly recommended.

As always, my appointment with Shellie was thorough and pleasant. She had a student with her today, I had the option of the student in with us during my appointment. I said “Yes, of course” because the world needs more Shellies!!! Ever grateful to be in her continued care.

I love how im treated like a person and not just a paycheck, dr Hipsak really takes the time to care and learn about her patients and I wish all doctors were more like her. However why i only give 4 stars is due to the new receptionist, she hung up on me, didn't call me back to make sure I was getting on Zoom ok or when to get on, was very short and kind of rude. I miss the old receptionist

Dr. Shelly is just comfortable to be around and you can tell she cares. Just met Taylor in person, also. She is the same. After telehealth you can just become disconnected. Says a lot when you feel better after a face to face.
