I have been seeing Michelle R for a few years now and I am just amazed by her. She is incredibly smart and reads so much research and really seeks out the best ingredients in the supplements she recommends. I have never felt rusheShow mored or unheard. She takes all the time to really educate you and uses the labs and her extensive knowledge to get to the root of problems. I will forever take the custom vitamins. I rarely get sick, and my sleep has improved dramatically with the regimen she recommended.

Michelle Resendez is an exceptional provider & person. She listens, cares & empowers you every time you see her to have health information tools to guide you in chipping away at your overall health journey. When you add on the supplements, things can start getting pricey, but don’t lose hope: start somewhere & do your due diligence in consistently following the plan, researching yourself & listen to your body. Diet & exercise are always also key.
