Always a positive visit. Monica BROADNAX is attentive and has no qualms about explaining everything she is doing or about to do. She will always asks if you have any questions during visit and after visits. I did not get the naShow moreme of the person who was attending with her during this visit but she was also very attentive and pleasant. I could not ask for anymore from a Doctor’s, I just wish there were like Monica Broadnax and the pleasant & accommodating staff at this location.
I visited Monica after having went to a suboptimal podiatrist in CA for an ingrown toenail. Monica was fantastic, listened to all my concerns, checked out my surgical area thoroughly, and recommended a treatment and post care planShow more that I was comfortable and happy with. She also described in detail how to care for my ingrown toenail removal (something my other doctor didn’t do), and showed empathy. We scheduled a follow up before I leave VA and go back to CA, and I am grateful for her.

NP Broadnax did a great job of treating pain on bottom of foot. She was very professional and efficiently resolved the issue. I did not give a 5 star rating because of difficulty of scheduling appointment (including the annoying and misleading message that kept repeating itself during my two calls and listened to for total of 30 minutes) and 30 minute wait in office (office staff was good). I will return again however if another foot problem, as NP Broadnack did an excellent job.
