Man I’ll tell you there’s not to many people in health care that really listens to you and on top of that understands what your going through. Monica does all of that. She seems to REALLY CARE.She is understanding also , I could gShow moreo on and on but you have to come and see her to see what I and many others that say how GREAT Monica is. I will NEVER go any where else for my health care! Tell ya you’ll have to try her out. Thanks you and it will one of the best things you’ll ever do for your health.
First of all, there was no horrible traffic to stress me out, in getting to their office. The lady at the front desk was so pleasant and helpful. Forms were emailed to me and I did all that online, which allowed me to take my timShow moree in the privacy of my own home and not in a waiting room. Monica Brown is extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I know I've made the best decision that has led me to the right place for myself, as well as my husband. We look forward to the new experience.

Very helpful and friendly-always honor your app't time with no long wait or pesky 'tablet' to sit for minutes filling out. If you hate needles dont worry the aide takes blood etc and you dont even feel it

Monica takes the time to make sure you understand test results, diagnosis and all your questions are answered. She truly makes you feel like your health is a team effort. Everyone in the office, I have had the pleasure of meeting , have been knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to work with.
My appt was the first visit. Monica was very thorough with her questions. There was no rushing to get me in and out of the office. I really appreciated that! I asked questions and talked about a few personal health issues and she was attentive. I am looking forward to my health journey with Monica ?
My first time being setup to have a telephonic appt on April 4, 2024, which I called a week ago to set it up. Waited for her call today, but electronic system did not notify her of appt, yet I had been asked twice to confirm via my e-mail at two different times since. I waited 15 min to call, & asked what to do. Happy she was able to speak with me and give me guidance. Plus Lauren in Lab section was big help in explaining results. Everyone helpful except nonhuman electronics. Lol
Monica is such a wonderful NP. She has such a a caring personality and a nurturing bed side approach. She has always been so thorough at each visit and goes out of her way to help. Today she was even better if that was possible. What a gem!
I just want to say this was a smooth and pleasant experience. I just went to her to get bloodwork and normal check up and she took great care of me! Glad she’s around

She’s awesome, takes time to listen & talk about issues & treatment also takes time to explain things well with her patients. Also she seems to genuinely care about her patients.
