Could not have received better service from the team at Tri City. First time for me ever using an urgent care location and did not know what to expect. Waited 10 minutes and was then in and out of the doctor in 15 with a cure to ill and a prescription to help!!! Highly recommended !!!!!

So, I'm a complex patient with a compromised immune system. Dr. Khan was patient with me and did the flu test even though my husband and son have the flu. That gave me reassurance that, when it came back positive for flu, that I really had it, he didn’t diagnose me with it just because my family members have it. The wait was not long, though I did have an appointment. Dr. Khan called me in prescriptions to help with the symptoms and make me as comfortable as possible.
Fantastic and extremely polite and professional staff. The Dr was very thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful. I got in and out without long wait times, and I was extremely happy and appreciative of the care I received. I would definitely recommend this urgent care facility to anyone who may find themselves in need of one.
