After hearing rave reviews about Dr. Stepanyan, and needing a new PCP, I set up an appointment. The office was lovely and accommodating. The receptionists and nurse so friendly and warm. Dr. Stepanyan, herself, was fabulous! We haShow mored a thorough meeting where she really took her time to get to know both me as a person and my medical background. She has some suggestions and I felt really heard. It was a wonderful first visit. I’m guessing I’ll be here and well cared for, for many years to come!
Dr. Stepanyan is new to me and my first female doctor as I've had male doctors all my life. She's willing to listen to what your problems are and to provide care. Because of time constraints as I'm not a concierge patient, we diShow mored not discuss issues of vaccination history such as TDP shot, covid vaccination, or flu shots. We did talk about insurance for Modern Imaging so Medicare would cover it first; and we did not talk about mammogram, or blood work in detail, nor bone density test.

I love Dr Stephanyan, she is very good. No complaints. My complaint about every doctor and it’s not their fault, is that they are over booked and over worked. I was thankful that she was able to work me in during her lunch hour.
There should should be immediate feed back as to why doctor did not call on the agreed time
I really like Dr. Stepanyan!! I took away 2 stars because the staff, even after Dr. Stepanyan clarified why I was there, wrote the wrong diagnosis on my referral, just because it sounds similar to some th Kong eles which is completely different!!! —- if you are unsure, ask!

Office was busy and the wait time over appointment time was about 20 mins.
I've just signed up with Dr. Stephanian. She spent a very long time going over my medical history, medications. She seemed to listen to me, I was able to ask questions. all in all I had a very good impression of this young professional.
As a new patient, the first office visit was a great experience. Dr. Stepanyan's team quickly processed my paper work and checked me into one of the medical examination rooms within minutes of my arrival. Everyone on staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Dr. Stepanyan herself was incredibly insightful and worked with me on taking the next appropriate steps in my getting the best quality treatment. I would highly recommend Optimum Medical Group to friends and family.

Circumstances had forced me to handle a serious medical challenge all alone. Without really very much hope, I called Optimum Wellness. Dr. Stepanyan immediately took my call, gave me excellent information, and took charge of my case. I felt at last that someone was taking care of me.
This was my first appointment with Dr. Stepanyan. She was so great. Easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable. Very knowledgeable with great advice. Would highly recommend her to friends.
I didn't have to wait very long and the office was very friendly and the assistants were very good in taking my blood pressure, weight, etc. Dr. Stepanyan was very good in answering all my questions and professional in inspiring me to continue to do well in my health!
