Dr Ngozi is amazing! I take care of my cousin who is like a brother to me, I left a message explaining his condition & my situation, Dr Ngozi personally called me herself and made us an Appt. for the next day, her office was cleaShow moren & located in a nice safe area, Dr Ngozi was caring & patient with him, she took extra time to explain to me what each medication was for & how it should be taken, and that I can call her at any time if I have any questions, I highly recommend Dr Ngozi and her staff
After ten years of horrible doctors, I was lucky enough to find Dr. Ugwu. She is a highly caring and compassionate Provider. I have finally found a doctors office that listens to me and does push meds on me. The whole office staff is friendly, reliable, patient, and professional. They didn't make me feel like another number or dollar sign, I actually felt like a patient and I will continue to go back. I honestly can't recommend this office enough, but if you're looking for a great doctor with great staff...this is it.

I've been in care most of my life, with stuffy judgmental ... uncomfortable.. doctors. I, honestly, accidentally ran into Dr. Ugwu... finally I have found my doctor. She listens. Actually Listens... never judges... Its been a long road, I found a person who hears and supports ME... my ME... not a "doctor me"... I feel finally I am able to progress.

I was very satisfied with my first visit. My previous doctor quit taking my insurance and Ngozi Ugwu was very kind to take me as a walk in. The appointment was not rushed at all, I felt like I was listened to and respected. The front office staff were also attentive and kind. Overall I have no complaints and will continue to go back.
