It was my first time to Apple urgent care. I walked in, & it was nice inside, I signed in, & maybe waited 10 min, before I was called back into one of the rooms, after weight & height check, the nurse took my vitals, & asked her qShow moreuestions, then waited about another 10 min before the doctor came in, she took one look at me & heard how I was talking and breathing, & did some other stuff, & told me that she was going to get me fixed up. Everyone was really nice, it felt like I was in & out of there
Came in for a migraine which I suffer from chronicly. My migraine medicine wasn't helping and nor my pain medicine. She asked me what I wanted her to do. I asked for a toradol shot which is for inflammation. The source of my migraShow moreine is because I have a really siff neck. She refused because she said the medicine is bad for my kidneys and liver. I explained that I just got blood work done to make sure my kidneys and liver are fine. She refused yet I was seen there 3 months before and they did it.

The fastest waiting area I’ve ever experienced. My boyfriend’s mom recommended me apple urgent care when I told her about my uncomfortable cough. The doctor and staff were friendly and attentive, am definitely coming back again
I waited maybe 30 minutes max, the fastest waiting area and doctor paid well attention to me. As someone who avoids doctors she helped alleviate some of that fear, paid attention and heard me as well as the staff for any and all concerns. Was recommended by my boyfriends mom and so happy I came way better experience than any other urgent care
Such a great experience. We walked in, immediately greeted warmly by the front desk, only waited 15 minutes, was taken back by the nurse who quickly and efficiently took vitals and was friendly and sweet. Then we waited 5 minutes to see the provider Nickeshia who asked the right questions, putting us at ease right away. She treated us very kindly, and did a very thorough exam on my teen who had throat and ear pain. She prescribed his medications quickly . This is our favorite now. Thanks ?
