I love Pamela. She has helped me a lot and has been very patient. How ever the billing department is not my favorite. I would like a monthly statement and then pay as I go.Instead of little groups of payments after I explained I hShow moread to pay 6 months of payments and didn’t want to go through that again. If my husband didn’t have a good paying job I don’t know if I could have gone to another doctor because I was a little traumatized after the first bill.
To be fair the office was going under a move to a new location so i can forgive the office not being 100% put together but i stood at the front for 5 mins on time for my appointment with the front desk lady being there doing whateShow morever she was doing. failing to acknowledge me until I as the client said something. 1st time physically visiting office and it left bad impression. Dr visit itself was great as always dr Derbyshire has been phenomenal thus far.
