In my 59 years I've never known a doctor and his staff to make me feel comfortable and assured they know and remember me by my name and history. I'm treated like a human being, seeking help and no matter how many questions I have or how much time it takes to answer, just to reassure me our goal is to get me healthier, instead of me being only a file or case number that he has to brush up on past notes in order to remember who I am, spending most of the visit reaquenting himself with me and my case, leaving me annoyed by having to repeat myself, making no progress having to watch time lapse on our visit, and we've actually accomplished nothing except being told "we've ran out of time and am I still using rite aid pharmacy". While years go by and my body is depleting itself (like what your car does without a tune up or oil change). Dr. Arndt's office truly cares, plainly noticed my 1st visit, I wouldn't go any where else and I haven't even been with him for a year yet.
Dr Arndt is truly amazing. Every time I see him, he gives a lot of his time he listens carefully to what I tell him and makes very complete notes. I highly recommend him. Alan Greenberg
I remember that I was very happy with the new Dr. Arndt you aren’t at all like the person. I remember you look like a whole different human so I don’t even know who that was before but I think you’re great and that’s all I can say because I don’t know how to work this contraption

He has always been a personable, caring Doctor, but now it is even better. No longer being restricted by ridiculous hospital system regulations, he is able to give an even better experience. I travel 45 minutes to an hour to see him and it feels well worth the trip. Dr. Arndt is my Doctor until I am no longer able to see him.
