receptionist and nurses are nice but the service from the actual provider is just horrible. we went in there for stomach pain/diahreah and they didn’t even bother to have my daughter do a urine test or anything didn’t ask any quesShow moretions, they didn’t even check for inflammation or anything and just saw her and prescribed antibiotics w/o asking questions first. She couldn't say if it was a stomach bug, infection or a certain food causing the discomfort. When asked if i should change my kids diet she just said "I mean it's up to you, but I don't think so." We got out of there and I went straight to a different UC and the were able to give us answers and run tests BEFORE prescribing medication. Wouldn't recommend, not going back.
I have been there twice already more because it’s convenient. Staff could be friendlier. I only had one employee greet me with a smile. Also when checking in they asked me to sign in then take a seat. When calling me back to the fShow moreront desk to confirm my personal info receptionist yelled across the office my street name and last 4 of my phone number. I work at a doctors office myself and we wait till pt is at the front desk so we can confirm info and not let other pts hear any personal info. I appreciated that they took me in and out in a timely manner but I feel there is always room for improvement

Apple Urgent Care has friendly staff and they are prompt. Dr. Li checked my daughter and gave her the meds she needed. The office then sent info to her PCP for them to follow up.
I’ve came here before and love the way the doctor attended me and my concerns, this time around did not like it, doc didn’t even let me ask anything just said your an easy case told me what I had and said wait for my meds at the pharmacy and take them and said you're done you could leave, I was definitely disappoint
The doctor put in my paperwork that she did a routine check up of ears, mouth, and lungs which were untrue. She only addressed my visit by asking questions and not actually taking a closer look. I felt as a patient like I didn’t get seen in any way.

I completely understand that the doctor was busy but she told me my results and said I was done with my visit, to just wait for my meds and take them , she didn’t give me a chance to ask questions, not very good on making someone feel at ease nor is it helpful with my concerns
This provider does not do a thorough job. She is always in a rush and barley listens to what you tell her. It takes longer waiting to see her and she is in the room for 2 minutes.

Great staff and Doctors
I really like this urgent care. Front office always friendly and providers always pay attention to all my/our symptoms and prescribed something that really helps ! And also not a lot of waiting time.
The clinic was extremely organized and sanitary. The staff were friendly, welcoming, polite and had the upmost respect for me. They kept my information private and offered face mask upon entry. The receptionist(s) made it fast and easy to sign in. I drove from Barstow area to come to this specific clinic. Yes I had to drive literally 2 hours in the storm but was worth it. In and out in under 60 minutes (1-Hour)

Everyone in the office was very helpful and really friendly. The wait wasn't long at all and the office was clean all over. I will gladly take our kids there.

Not too long wait and staff are really good.
The staff was really polite.
The staff and providers are great, no complaints, I just think there needs to more than 1 provider to see patients. If the provider is on her lunch break there should be more providers to assist them with patients, instead of waiting or being called back when they return.
Waiting time was less than 5 minutes, saw Dr within 5 minutes, more or less. I give it a 5 stars.
