I am thrilled to write a positive review for Dr. Mai, our pediatric UC Dr who has been an absolute godsend during my son Liahm's prolonged illness. From the moment we first met Dr. Mai, we knew that we were in good hands. He is anShow more incredibly caring and compassionate doctor who takes the time to listen to us as parents, as well as to Liahm, his little patient. We are especially grateful for the last visit where he took it upon himself to get us str8 to ER. Wish we could write more. GOD Bless ?
I was very impressed by the caring and prompt care that my son received, who was obviously very uncomfortable with his illness. Forgive for not remembering the nurse/practitioner's name but her and Dr. Mai were both awesome and IShow more can tell they really care about these children that come into there care. The lady at the front desk was awesome also. I will definitely be back with my children need to be. Thank you all and God bless you

The medical assistants are very nice and have a good attitude. Doctor gets straight to the point and explains everything thoroughly. When I’ve gone I haven’t had to wait long to be seen. Great service from the doctor and medical assistants

Called and was able to be seen within the next two hours. It was a fast visit. The doctor explained everything to me. He also wanted exact details of my daughter's sickness amd symptoms. Front desk, nurse and doctor were all great! I am definitely taking the 30 min drive for my next urgent visit!

Pienso que el Dr debería tomar un poco más de tiempo para estar con el paciente, sobre todo si es un niño pequeño ya que se muestran aprehensivos. Hablarle un poco más y tratar de que el niño entre en confianza antes del examen médico. Por lo demás todo bien. Sigan con el buen trabajo.

No wait at all. Friendly, and helpful front office staff. Doctor was very thorough and informative. Over all amazing experience.
Dr. Rene always delivers excellent service to our little ones and is really good at explaining symptoms and ongoing disease. Dr. Mai is always honest with treatments and our kids love how are they treated at little pandas.

Always a stress free experience. Clean office, friendly staff, little to no wait time, and Dr. Mai is always patient, very informative, and always takes good care of my daughter. Always pleased when I leave this office. Highly recommend!

We arrived almost at cut off time for receiving a late walk in but they were able to attend us. I had just finished filling out the paperwork and they were calling us in. Doctor answered our questions and prescribed medication for my son. A nice quick in and out appointment.
