I have been there twice already more because it’s convenient. Staff could be friendlier. I only had one employee greet me with a smile. Also when checking in they asked me to sign in then take a seat. When calling me back to the fShow moreront desk to confirm my personal info receptionist yelled across the office my street name and last 4 of my phone number. I work at a doctors office myself and we wait till pt is at the front desk so we can confirm info and not let other pts hear any personal info. I appreciated that they took me in and out in a timely manner but I feel there is always room for improvement
Office was very clean and the service was as fast as could be expected in an urgent care. I was in town visiting my family when I found myself needing to see a doctor. My dad goes to this urgent care facility and had nothing but pShow moreositive things to say. Staff was friendly and attentive. Erik Duque, PA was thorough in asking questions about where my pain was located and the level of pain. He originally prescribed me one medication that I had tried before and my body did not do well with it. When I expressed that he was understanding and prescribed me something different. Overall great care.

Very nice staff and the physician is great he always makes sure we fully understand everything even answers my daughters questions and makes her comfortable…love going here I will not go anywhere else.
Felt like I wasn’t taken seriously. Doctor entered the room and started with, “I can only give you a doctor’s note until Monday, that’s all I can do”. As if I just wanted an excuse to miss work. I was in excruciating pain yesterday and couldn’t even get out of bed. Waited to go today and obviously felt better but I was hoping they would check me to see what was wrong. I literally entered my car and started bawling my eyes out. Came here because of the good reviews and left very disappointed.

The waiting room was frustrating because they allowed people to have their children running around yelling and screaming in a room full of sick people. The doctor himself was nice, but it was ultimately a waste of my time. I feel that my concerns and worries were dismissed and taken very lightly. My questions weren’t answered with anything more than “No you’re fine.” I feel that I was brushed off, and that they were just in a rush to fly through all of their patients.

He's not a good Doctor he does not give you what you need to get you back to health.
