Waiting till the end of the day to put everybody's prescription in makes it hard on the pharmacies and plus it makes it hard on the patience because a lot of us have to work the next day and can't stay up or go get her medicine fiShow morerst thing in the morning when we need it, what was the last time when a person finds a pharmacy it's not right for the doctor to let everybody know the pharmacy to go to that the patient finds when he has a hard enough time so now he gets nothing it's been 4 days I have
I came into the office one day because I was bringing a friend to an appointment. I wasn’t feeling well at all and it definitely was showing because when I went to schedule an appointment as a new patient for sometime in the futurShow moree a receptionist said that it looked like I needed help today. She was able to get me in that day at that time. I love how not only that the people behind the desk but the doctor more than anything treats me like a human being. I will forever be grateful for this place!

Rose Medical saved my life, literally. After years of dealing with doctors, forced to walk the line between my suffering and the truth in order to get help I found Rufus. He was a safe provider that i could finally be honest with. Something i never experienced before. No judgement, or punishment like withholding medication or dismissing me as a patient. Everyone here at Dr. Rufus office are very friendly and make you feel comfortable.. They very quick about getting you seen... I recommend anyone to this Doctor he's Great ?
Great people I love the staff and Rufus is amazing
I truly am so glad to have found Dr. Lowman. He isn't a doctor who puts covering his ass period above a patients needs medically,like seems to be the trend these days. He also doesn't make it difficult when he's always friendly, smiling and no matter how I'm feeling or what I'm going through,he always manages to make me smile and laugh. I wish most doctors were more like him.

Absolutely the best DR, in ohio. I have nothing but great things to say. I appreciate his understanding, he actually cares enough to try to keep u on the right track, no matter what.
Dr .Lowman seems like a really good Doc., he gets down to business when it comes to finding out what's wrong, he is also really nice, funny and caring.

Love Dr. Lowman! He sees my whole family. He listenes and is very thorough and knowledgeable. My quality of life is so much better. He actually listens to me. Unlike any other doctor has. The staff at Rose Medical are absolutely fabulous. Couldnt recommend it enough. He is very smart. You cant fool Rufus. So you better follow his rules. He can see a pill seeker from a mile away! He does also offer addiction treatment. He has seen it all! You cant pull nothing by him! So dont try! Just be honest

Dr Lowman has such a heart for his practice and it shows in his work and relationships he builds with his patients. When you hear his story, it makes you really appreciate Rose Medical. I feel safe with him. I feel secure in knowing he cares. I’m so happy to have built a healthy relationship with this Dr and his staff.
Great place if you need a family doctor. Also, this is the place for addiction and wellness too. Rose Medical doctor and staff is very professional and very friendly and most of all confidential on everything. I personally would give it more than five stars if I could!

The staff is great and Doctor Lowman really cares for his patience. Everyone is friendly and professional and the wait time is minimal as long as you show up to your appointment on time.
Myself I've been seeing Rufus for about a year Everything about the appointments I've had I have no complaints with either Rufus or his receptionists they are all friendly and professional. I would recommend him to anyone!!!

All at the practice is friendly and very attentive to my needs. I have only been there 2 times and most all was addressed during my last visit but felt the conversation and visit were a bit rushed and short. Not talking over solutions to a few ongoing health concerns.
