This was a great visit. I had success after being on the weight management program for just one week. I was given food options and a app to track my food intake. I am down 7 to 8 pounds the first week. I have been looking forShow more help for a year now. I have been to 5 different health care providers in the last year basically begging for help with my 55 year old body. Finally I feel heard and not made to feel ashamed and told to just eat less and work out more. Just what I needed.
