Unlike others b4 her, she doesn’t make me feel guilty for having a disease that I DID NOT want or ask for. Also Betsy and Shauntae—ALWAYS very helpful and compassionate. Great people who just “get” it.
I have been sick for a month and the previous family practice I was with just wasn't able to work me in the schedule. Thankfully I found Altitude. They made room to see me right away, everyone was friendly and easy to work withShow more. PA, Sandra Bernard and her MA were pleasant, caring, professional and actually took the time to talk with me about all of my symptoms and examine me. 2 days later, I am finally feeling better.

Staff is friendly and efficient. I did not feel rushed my the MA or PA-C. Sandra made me feel comfortable. She was caring, informative and respectful.
The visit was very clear and concise. We examined my test results, a test prescription noted and follow up scheduled.

I have been a patient of Altitude Family & Internal Medicine for the past 3 years and will miss them when I move to Kentucky next month. In the last 3 years I have never had a long wait for my scheduled appointment and have always had changes in my health/medications clearly explained to me.

I am an 80 yr old. This was my first detailed visit with her. I had a lot of questions about my care. She listened very attentively and her explanations we’re very good. I left the office feeling that I was in capable hands.
Sandra is very helpful, compassionate, down to earth and easy to talk to. I will take the 45 minute drive through Denver traffic to go to her again. She is one of the best that I have been to.
