Sara was so sweet & really leveled with me on my hopes & expectations of my new patient visit! She helped give me solutions as well as help navigate my steps in my care! I did have to have my blood drawn today to help get some of Show morethe answers we needed & I have to say, the phlebotomist that preformed the venipuncture did an excellent job! I’m not normally a hydrated person or neither am I a person with great veins & I didn’t feel a thing! No wiggling or digging!! Big thank you to you all!! ?
I believe Sara may have saved my life! Over 20 years & with different Dr.'s I was consistently called back for retesting due to high level of potassium in my blood. Sara asked the right questions & quickly lowered my potassium leShow morevel.24 hrs feet & legs stopped aching, 48 hrs left hip stopped hurting, 3 days right hip. Can walk with being winded. I've never had anything this dramatic happen to me before! Daily ,20 yrs. I put Salt substitute (20+% potassium) on food. Could have gotten very serious

I am from Korea. Have a little bit of a problem with English, so I was nervous to understand them, but they made me comfortable and so nice.
This was a tele-med visit to review lab work and adjust meds. Easy connection from link provided. A few voice break ups but understandable. Provider great to work with.
The staff is amazing. I loved Sara, she was very personable and attentive.
My recent, and last few visits to Primary Care of Jackson, have been very positive. My wait time to be seen has been minimal, and the staff has been very professional and understanding. Sara Ward has been my treating practioner and has been amazing. I sincerely appreciate her bed side manner and advice.

Services provided at Primary Care Clinic are excellent. It is easy to make a convenient appointment, all personnel are friendly and cooperative. My experiences with Sara Ward have been excellent. She is very competent, takes time to ask and answer questions. I never felt rushed through the exam.
