My experience with Dr. Flores on Thursday, December 14, 2023 could be rated in my eyes as a #10. What caught my attention immediately was he said you just start talking and tell me everything that has gone on in your life in the lShow moreast 3 weeks - I immediately started to cry and he explained to me that was very acceptable. At no time during the visit did I feel as though I should hold nothing back because I was begging at this visit for help. His last profound statement was "there is nothing God

I was called back for my appointment in a timely manner and had a good 1st time visit with him. He patiently listened to my concerns and we worked together to get a plan of action moving forward. He explained potential side effects of the medication and was encouraging when discussing alternative plans if Plan A doesn’t work.
