Our entire family loves Mark and Shannon like they were our family. I struggled with depression and anxiety for 20 some years and was just thrown a load of meds that did nothing but bring me down even more. But my old doctors justShow more kept over medicating. Shannon figured out that both diagnoses were a result of another issue that was not managed or even caught. As a new patient of hers i was ready to try anything. I am so much better and am glad to have my life back. we love them!

AS always can't say enough good things about Shannon Ston and her staff they are always so nice and professional and always trying to help in any way they can. We are so thankful to have Bay Medical in this area, because if not you would have to go to Newport News, Williamsburg or Richmond to get any kind of service. Shannon is amazing and anyone who goes to her will keep coming back. She really cares and takes time with her patients.

Been with them for a few years now. I was a mess, mentally, depression, PTSD, cronic pain, losing my mind due to a chemical exposure back in the late 1990's. Been a caregiver for my wife since March 2019 and it's hard which adds to all my problems. Shanon Stone and don't forget Mark too, They just make it like we had been friends forever. Best damn Doctor and Front Desk Manager (Mark). Thanks for getting me back on the positive path of life. Love ya'll

Shannon is always a pleasure to see. She’s very involved in my health and cares about my success as a patient. Never wait to see her ever when I am scheduled. She’s the only doctors office that I’ve ever been to that cares about my time and gets me in and out so she knows my time is valuable.
