I had a fantastic experience with my family doctor, Dr. Chou. The telehealth appointment was quickly scheduled within the same week, which was a relief as I was eager to consult with the doctor. The staff efficiently uploaded my mShow moreedical report, enabling Dr. Chou to review my past results during the initial consultation. Dr. Chou's understanding and support were evident as she assessed my health condition, provided essential referrals, and even ordered necessary labs. I'm impressed. Recommended?

I loved having Chloe as my care provider. She listens, is positive and encouraging and has the patient as her priority.
Chloe is an amazing provider however, this overall practice is terrible. There is high staff turnover, the phones ring without any response, and overall poor patient care. After yet another provider leaving in 2 years, I will be seeking care elsewhere and would not recommend medical arts associates.
Shih-Yu Chou is an excellent MD that cares about her patients and is empathetic to their needs.
Shih-Yu (Chloe) is fantastic at her job. She is knowledgeable, patient and really listens and partners with her patients. Best primary medical experience I have had in 20+ years.

SHIH-YU CHOU was great. Did not care for front desk girl. Literally there to do her job & nothing else-she was inattentive & apathetic. My appointment was at 8am but I was not seen until 8:20 because the guy who goes over paperwork was late and doors are locked until 7:57..
Havnt been to a doctor in a long time. Was a great experience, even for the 2hour drive there and back it took me.

She listens to my concerns and offers really good advice.
She asked about my history patiently and recommended a good treatment plan. I highly recommend her for any health issues.

The nurse was very rude but Shih-Yu was absolutely great! Incredibly kind, caring and knowledgeable. If not for the rude nurse I would definitely give 5 stars.

I am more comfortable with the service provided and excellent attention that I receive from this practice than those available to me locally. Even though I have to take a day off and travel several hours for onsite visits, it is worth it to me to continue. Tele health has been great.

Chole was a wonderful provider I met, going extra care beyond my annual check and very knowledgable about health and wellbeing. She is the family doctor we would like to see in Bellevue.
