The waiting room is nice and clean and has a lot of light, however a bit small, patients end up having to stand waiting until a chair is available. My suggestion would be for the colonoscopy instructions to the patient be done insShow moreide in a more private area rather than in the waiting room. It would be private and also free up some space at the window and allow arriving patients room to sign in. Arriving patients are having to form a line to sign in. And I like Dr. Lo. He is very pleasant.
Just returned home from my first ever colonoscopy and have nothing but absolute great things to say about the entire staff at the Specialty Surgical Center. Not only the utmost professional care administered there but moreso the sShow moretaff went above and beyond in making me feel at ease and comfortable in an unfamiliar environment. In fact, it was my first ever medical procedure of any type other than being born some 66 years ago. Thank you one and all for what turned out to be a pleasant experience.

I hate hospitals. Last time I was in one was when I got into a real bad car accident so I was nervous but also was expecting not so good experience. This hospital was amazing. Friendly and attentive staff. Very organized, very clean. I enjoyed being there actually. Wish all hospital experiences were like this. Even my mom who accompanied me said they were amazing there.
