Arrived 15 min early, the space of the building were comfy. The receptionist was very helpful and well respected if i had any questions she answered them with care. Didn't have to fill out so much paperwork. As a therapist Mr. LigShow moregins made me and my son feel safe and comfortable. He helped my son come out of his shell, Mr. Liggins let it be known to my son that his space was his safe place. This is a big step and I see my son successfully succeeding with guidance of Mr. Liggins support.
The waiting room doesn’t feel like a waiting room. Its open, decorated with inspirational quotes and art work. The ladies checking me in made me feel cared for. When I went to the window they said hi Kris. They were expecting Show moreme. hey asked if I wanted water. hey made me feel welcomed. Sylvester made me feel heard, he understood me and my feelings mattered! And this was on my first visit when we were doing the preliminary intake. He gave me hope. I'm excited to start working with him.

He is very caring and here to help you. I didn’t trust him for along time but he gained my trust after awhile, now I wouldn’t want to talk to anyone else.
So far so good. I love the fact that a black family is doing good for the community. Putting back in the hood for these kids. I like the approach to therapy. He's good at what he does. I've already recommended guided grace to everyone i know whose seeking therapy.

Every Monday I Look forward to the Anger management groups, I enjoy our counseling sessions. Definitely taking in a lot!
Haven't been going here long but the few visits I've had. I really enjoy it. It's a plus seeing people like me care so much about mental health & doing a lot in the community for the youth. Would highly recommend to everyone I know!

Very professional and caring place . Counselors care for the patients . Sometimes I feel alittle rushed thou. No long waits.

Sylvester has helped me lead an examined life, increased my communication skills, and guides me toward a path of my own choosing rather than conforming to those around me. I'm not religious-- so I was a little worried about the name of the place at first, but there is no proselytizing.
