I was more than 15 minutes late for my appointment , I called and the receptionist said that I had to reschedule. I was ok with that because those are the rules. Dr Richardson called me back and asked me if I was ok, she said cShow moreome on in. Dr Richard, is always kind, patient and understanding. She always got he extra step to make sure she find the right medicine for me. She is really a great caring doctor. I am glad that I choose her as my doctor.
Whenever I enter Dr. Richardson's office I feel right at home. The staff and Dr. Richardson are extremely personable and professional. They assist you in a professional manner and take their time when treating each patient. They aShow morenswer any question that you have and make sure that when you leave the office you are comfortable with the injection that was just given to you. They make you wait 30 minutes to make sure that you don't have an allergic reaction to the shot and check your arm.

Dr. Richardson and her staff are very professional, courteous and efficient. I was particularly pleased with how gentle she was with my children. As you can imagine, the visit brought much anxiety to my kids, but Dr. Richardson had “fun” with them to help ease their anxiety. She made them laugh to help divert their attention from what was happening, all while explaining to me what was happening. I’m glad my kids’ pediatrician referred us to Dr. Richardson.

I take my 6 year old son to Dr. Richardson. She is very patient with him. I really appreciate her knowledge and advise on what to do when his eyes were swollen shut from the pollen season. I would highly recommend her.
I’m a new patient, upon arrival to the office, parking was easy, there was a 15 minutes wait then I was ushered into the exam room, I only had to wait a few minutes for Dr Richardson. The visit went well and I was a happy patient! She will get my recommendation!
I really appreciate the prompt service, not having to wait a long time to be seen. It's been a long time since I didn't have to wait an hour or more past my appt time to be seen!Dr.Richardson was professional and explained everything so that I understood.
