The experience was amazing. Her office has a relaxed chill vibe and for me that's good for healing and uncovering the true me. She is very kind and human not like a super professional robot there to pick at your brain. Don't get mShow moree wrong she is professional But she feels like someone you can talk to just from her appearance and the way she carries herself. She is very confident and has helped me realize so many things. And from the short time I spent with her she was open with me.

It's hard to develop a bond with therapists a lot of times but I do not have a proShow moreblem sharing private thoughts and information with her. I feel safe with her. I look forward to therapy. Teri Martin is very good. She is easy to talk to. Listens well. Is knowledgeable. Honestly the best therapist I have ever had. Her methods work for me. I started seeing Teri at a very low part of my life. Anxiety had transpired into depression. Every week I looked forward to my appointment because each one left me feeling a little bit more in control, and with the tools, I needed to continue to pull myself out of my depression and regain a better quality of life.
