Dr. Parson was so genuine and pure! From the time I called, her staff was extremely professional and courteous to me. I've had multiple bad experiences with doctor's & staff so I was already nervous about going to a new place, butShow more she put me at ease and was willing to help me find solutions to all of my problems, including those that had nothing to do with my health. I am so appreciative of her and her team. Oh and the young lady who checked all of my vitals was so kind and gentle!
NP Cares has a precious gem. Nurse Tonya Parson is amazing. The one thing that I love about her is that she’s always honest she’s not gonna sugarcoat anything with you. She’s gonna just tell you what you need to do. She’s going toShow more do what she has to do in the process as long as you do your part, she will go 1,000,000 miles with you! My experience was great!
I really loved Dr Parson engery and love she has for her patience..I also love her nurse they very patience and understanding. I feel very comfortable when I have to go into the dr office...I would highly recommend her to anyone who looking for a great doctor..

Nurse Parson is professional, caring, and attentive. She listened to my concerns and we discussed a plan of action. I was not rushed and I left feeling like my health was a priority. The assistants were pleasant and I love the environment! Today was my first visit and my only regret is that I did not go sooner.

I gave five stars because the staff is friendly and makes you feel like you’re the only patient they have. The office is always clean and attractive.
