I have been there twice already more because it’s convenient. Staff could be friendlier. I only had one employee greet me with a smile. Also when checking in they asked me to sign in then take a seat. When calling me back to the fShow moreront desk to confirm my personal info receptionist yelled across the office my street name and last 4 of my phone number. I work at a doctors office myself and we wait till pt is at the front desk so we can confirm info and not let other pts hear any personal info. I appreciated that they took me in and out in a timely manner but I feel there is always room for improvement
Office was very clean and the service was as fast as could be expected in an urgent care. I was in town visiting my family when I found myself needing to see a doctor. My dad goes to this urgent care facility and had nothing but pShow moreositive things to say. Staff was friendly and attentive. Erik Duque, PA was thorough in asking questions about where my pain was located and the level of pain. He originally prescribed me one medication that I had tried before and my body did not do well with it. When I expressed that he was understanding and prescribed me something different. Overall great care.

The staff has a nasty attitude it feels like a hostile environment it sucks . Ooo and one of the staff lady’s front the front desk sad how I seen her take a clip board and thru its to the staff member sitting next to her it was just sad that people don’t understand that you set the tone around you and it’s just negative and attitude all the way never going agine .

Wonderful doctor
I was so disappointed I arrive with chest pain and I was admitted process and charge for the visit. and after an hour. the Dr just tell me I was on the wrong place. I should be at the E.R instead. they should be make me wait that long. when they knew. Wasn't the place for me. and charge me for What.
We had a positive first time visit. Dr. Zechariah Idro was very confident in administrating the correct plan of action and the best care for my family member.

I took my daughter in because she was complaining about pain she had it for a couple of days. I was impressed on how knowledgeable the doctor was. Just after a quick check up he knew exactly what was wrong with her. Very happy with his service.
