Dr A and his staff are ver personable and professional. I came to his office after going to the ER for acute elevation of my BP. Gladys, his receptionist and medical assistant was pleasant, courteous and assured me she would get Show moreme in ASAP. She answered my questions regarding Dr. A and his practice. During my first appointment the tech was highly trained and professional and explained everything he was doing and why. This was the case on every subsequent visit. Covid protocols were followed.
Staff is always kind, helpful and patient with me on all visits. Gladys is amazing, always calls my meds to pharmacy, returns calls when I have questions regarding procedures. My doctor has been a blessing to me. He was able to doShow more in 3 months, (control my blood pressure) what my family doctor could not do in 2 years!!! Thank GOD he sees me as a person and not a folder with a number. I am so grateful to be under his care.

Dr Akawande is a phenomenal cardiologist. Extremely professional and takes the time to address all concerns. He's a very thorough doctor. I would highly recommend Dr Akawande to be at the top of the list when considering a new cardiologist.
Nurses are polite and professional. The doctor listens to you while asserting his expertise and advice.
I find that Dr Akinwande is very thorough and takes the time to inform you about your medical condition. He listens to what you say and explains things so you can understand what is medically going on with your heart and body. Recommend him highly. Five ? star review!!

The doctor and staff stayed late to work me in. He's definitely an expert in his field and knowledgeable about other areas of medicine. He has a great bedside manner . I would drive 3 hours to see him.
