Alta Langdon is amazing. I’ve been through many psychiatrists and she is by far the best. She really listens and really cares. She called to check in on my between visits due to med changes. No one has ever done that. She hasShow more a busy schedule and to take time to check in shows how much she cares. Jessica, who works In the office, is also amazing. I will send emails in the evening or weekends while I’m thinking of something, and she returns them right away.
I have seen many people on my mental health journey and none of them have made me feel as validated for the way I am feeling as Alta! Not only that but she explains medical terms as well as shows you in a way I’ve never seen! I’m Show morebeyond grateful to have found her! I highly recommend Alta!
