As a nervous mother taking my autistic son to the doctors to see what is going on with his brain. I must say my nerves were as cool as a cucumber. The office staff is so polite and so calm and listened to my concerns. The girls iShow moren the office and the tech guy who did the study on my son were incredible. They were patient and so nice and addressed every concern I had. Sitting with Dr. Wu was amazing. She addressed everything and more. She did not rush us out the door and was very thorough.
i am very happy with the help i get with Dr. Wu. i find that she listens well to my problems and is brave enough to try new stuff. she stays very involved with her patients, so i have no problem if i have to wait, because i am glaShow mored she is taking the time for others that she would also take for me. This does not always happen, just sometimes. :) also, the other staff members are very patient when i am trying to explain something and not making sense. i appreciate that.

As always, Dr. Wu has quickly diagnosed my husband’s issues with testing in the office, and given us a program to follow. She always brings his full history into each diagnosis, which is wonderful, as it is so extensive. She is so very dedicated and her research is always current. My husband always benefits from her vast knowledge. We are so fortunate to have found Dr. Wu since 2009, and wish we would have found her earlier, as other neurologists could not help my husband.

Dr. Wu and the staff are the best! words can not describe how professional they are. They are understanding, patient, and very thorough when getting to the bottom of a problem for their patients. I would recommend Dr. Wu and her staff to anyone who is suffering from a cognitive issue.
The doctor and the staff are beyond excellent! My only suggestion to you that would make the perfect improvement is not too allow family members in the back when you’re trying to do a three hour study, because family members do not respect the peace of other patients when they’re on their phones and talking And disrupting when you’re trying to relax.

Great staff and great care
Unfortunately I have been dealing with an undiagnosed illness which has been ongoing for the past 2 years. Recently I meet Dr Wu at the ER and she was the only Dr to suggest a diagnostic plan instead of just treating my symptoms. Not only was she empathic to my situation but she was like a detective. Taking down every piece of information to connect the dots to come up with some type of explanation which is more than what I can say for the attending physician. I would highly recommend Dr. Wu.
