I have to say issues with pain and back are fearful. But I'm heard. And she listened to me explain and she put my fear at ease. And anyone with pain that means the world. I have seen Cristen many times in the office and now due to Covid 19 on the telemedicine calls. She is always compassionate and respectful always making sure she understands the issues that I am dealing with and my chronic back paShow morein. Cristen is super nice. I've had zero problems with her. She actually listens and cares. The office is lacking. They never answer the phones and tend to be kinda rude
