My neighbors were raving about how much pain relief they got after seeing Bret (Inner Balance Acupuncture ) so I had to go and see what all this raving was about. I have been dealing with neck and shoulder pain/burn for about a Show moremonth. I have tried massages but it provided mild relief. After just getting one needling treatment, the burning went away, I can move my neck so much better. Bret is very through with his assessment and is very knowledgeable. I will for sure continue to see Bret.
It was my mom's first time visiting Dr. Ellington. She had her first treatment and it seems like it helped her foot swelling. Dr. Ellington is very patient and caring for his patients. I would love for Mom to continue her acuShow morepuncture treatment with Dr. Ellington. However, the only small drawback is that Dr. Ellington's office does not have an elevator and it will be difficult for those who are handicapped and are not able to climb those stairs to get to the second floor.

Dr. Bret has made a tremendous improvement in the TMJ and clenching I had been experiencing! I highly recommend!!

Very attentive to my needs
This was my first time getting acupuncture done and I just want to say how safe I felt with Bret and how at peace I felt after. I’m forever grateful and I will definitely be back, if you have been thinking about getting acupuncture please come to Bret, he is very experienced and very knowledgeable.
For a year now, Dr. Bret has been my saving grace. He has done more to help my severe low back pain than the multiple epidural spinal injections I have received. He is one of the kindest practitioners I have ever seen. He listens and he cares and his treatments are SO effective!
I’ve had acupuncture before, but never for jaw clenching/tmj. I can’t believe how much better I feel after one treatment. I can feel that there is more space in the back of my mouth, and even the next day my jaw is still relaxed. It feels amazing.

Bret has been super transparent about what can and can’t be done with acupuncture. The aches and pains I thought were a part of life have been completely removed. Other longer-standing concerns have been greatly mitigated and have really opened my ability to enjoy my favorite activities again. He’s also super fun to talk to which makes the appointments just really fly by.
