I usually go to Dr Jooma but she was out so I saw Dr Webster Call. When informing her my new meds gave me dark thoughts I had never experienced, so I stopped taking them and felt a lot better, she told me the meds do work and theyShow more weren’t the problem, but I felt that way because I was now aware of my depression. I’ve been very aware for the last year. I said ok.. she said “do you not believe me?” It was very rude and unprofessional and people like that do not belong in the mental health field.
First appt via telehealth was alright. Second appt via telehealth was unacceptable. She seemed irritated as soon as she got on the call. Her front desk told me this wouldn’t be considered an “appt” Bc I just saw her and she only nShow moreeeded to send in the meds she was supposed to send in two weeks ago. I asked if this was considered an appt Bc of the questions she was asking and she went off. “I don’t have to argue with you, this is an appt if I’m documenting. Take it up with front desk”. not retunig

Dr. Call Webster listened to me ...I didn't feel rush. I actually felt safe telling my mental health truth to her not downplaying what I was internalizing
Dr. Call is a blessing to me. She cares and listen to your concerns. The Strong Foundation is a blessing to son as well.
Dr Call has been a great help with mom and I am thankful to have her happy

I feel fortunate to have found Dr. Call a couple of years ago. So many doctors seem too busy to really get to know their patients and figure out plans to help them live the best life possible. But Dr. Call takes the time to get to know you, and works with you to find the best solutions for your issues. She is clearly knowledgeable and experienced with mental health issues, but it's her compassionate and thoughtful approach in her treatment that really sets her apart. Highly recommended!!
Dr. Call is the absolute best provider that we have ever encountered. Especially within her field of practice, but also in general. She is thorough, skilled, attentive, present and really listens to her patients. We absolutely love her. After 20 years of other providers we are so thankful! We feel heard and treated with respect and care. We feel valued by her! Her office help is also friendly and welcoming. In the field of mental health, it's vital to have friendly and caring staff.
Every experience with Dr Call has been wonderful and we are as happy now as we were from the very first visit
Very caring and knowledgeable - highly recommend.
Dr. Webster-Call is a wonderful doctor. If you are looking for a great doctor, who listens and cares, she's AMAZING! ++And she does Tele-visits!++ It is so convienent.
I needed to cancel an appt due to a situation with my special needs child and forgot to reschedule (I was doing well, so not thinking about it...and my pharmacy gave me 3 months supply of meds, which was unusual) Suffice it to say, I didn't realize I was on my last bottle of depression meds and then ran out. Dr was on vacation and office wouldn't allow a refill because she hadn't seen me. So I was left without meds...cold turkey...for a WEEK. This is never a good idea with psychiatric meds!
It was a very convenient appointment. I love Dr. Call she is very attentive and personal. It's awesome they offer tele-visits! It makes life so much easier and less anxiety being at home.
I’m completely satisfied with my grandson results during his counseling sessions with Dr. Janet Webster-Call.
Dr. Call is the first Dr. I have ever had in which I feel actually listens and cares about everything that I have to say, going above and beyond to address each of your concerns. Dr. Call genuinely cares about your well - being and doesn’t leave you questioning if she does. Having a Dr. that cares this much about me makes me feel motivated to stay on track with my medication. Thank you, I appreciate you. She has very nice, polite, and responsive staff.
Good mental health telepsych services with convenient weekend and late appointments.
Disrespectful. Rude. Unprofessional.
Dr Webster-Call is awesome!
Dr. Call is an excellent psychiatrist. She makes you feel at home by being down to Earth yet very personable and professional. Both my teens see her on a regular basis and I wouldn't have it any other way.
Dr. Call is very helpful and patient with my daughter.
