Jentry listened and actually understood. She made me feel seen and that I will overcome what I’m going through now. She took her time to understand me and made me feel extremely comfortable even with difficult conversations.
After being put on a year long wait list somewhere else, I had an appointment with Jentry within a week. She listened and came up with not only an initial plan, but a backup plan as well.
I think she does a great job of explaining the need for different medicines and shows a lot of compassion and empathy.
